Service Description
Our yoga classes vary to ensure we move in all directions to keep a strong and flexible body. TUESDAY6.15 pm: DYNAMIC TO RELAXING YOGA We start each class with a 10 minute group chat to share our challenges and get to know each other better so that we can incorporate into the class what everyone is working on. In Dynamic Yoga classes, we'll move through a series of asanas that incorporate energetic movement in a fluid, physical motion. Focusing on movement matched with the breath, each class will combine different postures and sequences to ensure and assist you in building strength, increasing flexibility and allowing tension release. In the more Relaxing & Restorative Yoga postures, we'll move through a series of asanas to help open and stretch the hips, pelvis, shoulders, and spine working on flexibility and opening on the body. Focusing on movement matched with the breath, each class will combine different postures and sequences to ensure and assist you in increasing flexibility and allowing tension release. Please note that all classes are suitable for all levels. I am comfortable in offering personalised modifications for anyone who is injured and will provide information on different entry stages into postures allowing students to recognise which variation to take based on their ability. Beginners can stay in the initial stages learning proper technique, whilst more experienced practitioners can feel challenged and advance the posture.
